This tool tells you what quests you can complete with your unlocked items (including prerequisite quests). It does not confirm if you meet the skill requirements.
Please note only tradable required items are listed, and where multiple items can be used e.g. any pickaxe, the interchangable items will be wrapped in brackets.
Also it's not perfect so double check before you run off to quest e.g. Clock tower needs bucket/jug of water but you can also use ice gloves instead.
You should be able to find the required JSON files under C:\Users\JohnDoe\.runelite\chanceman\<your_rsn>
